Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 3-8 business days for delivery for US based orders. For International orders allow up to 10-12 days. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.

Please note: We DO NOT ship and/or deliver on weekends and some orders will require a signature. All orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. *We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

We currently do not issue returns so it's very important that you follow our size guide or email us with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have a perfect fitting bikini.

However we do accept exchanges by issuing you a store credit for the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:

Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
Unworn items must have all tags attached and hygienic liners
Unworn items must be returned in original packaging

True Tone Swim is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home at time of delivery.We do not cover return labels for international orders.

A must have in the bikini drawer
I recently picked up a couple of swimsuits from True Tone Swim, and I’m seriously so impressed. First off, the fit is perfect—no awkward digging or uncomfortable straps, just a really flattering cut that makes me feel confident. I love that they offer a wide range of sizes too, so it feels like they really thought about every body type. It’s hard to find swimwear that’s both stylish and comfortable, but True Tone totally nailed it.
The quality of the fabric is fantastic—it’s soft, yet supportive, and it holds up well in the water. I’ve worn mine to the beach a few times already, and it stays in place without feeling too tight or too loose. Plus, the colors are gorgeous! I picked a bright, bold color that really pops, and I’ve gotten so many compliments.
The best part? The brand is all about inclusivity, so it’s refreshing to find swimwear that feels empowering instead of frustrating. The whole experience, from browsing to checkout, was smooth, and the customer service was great too. They really take care of their customers.
