Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 3-8 business days for delivery for US based orders. For International orders allow up to 10-12 days. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.

Please note: We DO NOT ship and/or deliver on weekends and some orders will require a signature. All orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. *We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Please be advised that due to Covid-19 carriers are still experiencing delays. Accordingly, shipping times may take longer than expected and is outside of our control.

Return Policy

We currently do not issue returns so it's very important that you follow our size guide or email us with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have a perfect fitting bikini.

However we do accept exchanges by issuing you a store credit for the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:

Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
Unworn items must have all tags attached and hygienic liners
Unworn items must be returned in original packaging

True Tone Swim is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home at time of delivery.We do not cover return labels for international orders.

Honest opinion
Ok, so I left a review on the capri top…here’s my Tonga bottom review. These are better than the top. The bottoms aren’t as see through or noticeable, these for me are super flattering and comfy, they also dry quick which I love, it makes it an enjoyable experience to swim with this type of fabric. I love how this whole thing is adjustable so you can make it cover more if you want. I got a size large and it’s still cheeky, not full coverage. If you want full coverage and are curvy, get the extra large and tie the sides tighter. This is not a modest bottom. It’s not a thing but I definitely only wear around women when swimming. I do really like these bottoms and don’t have anything too bad to say except that they don’t need to be $59. Like genuinely they don’t need to be that much. $30 max. Other than that, I’d recommend. The illusion of tan through and the breathability, quick dry time, and cuteness make it worth it for me. They do show tan lines though. I remember getting burnt and you’d think I was wearing a regular bikini, as I got tanner they don’t tan with me. So honestly I don’t think it’s possible to find tan through swimwear. You just gotta find a private space and take them clothes off. But I do like other things about this swimsuit that make me buy from here. But only once a year on sale when I need a new suit.
